Attendance Policy

The Referee Scheduler will provide a 2-week rolling schedule to the referees on a weekly basis.

Referees must notify the Referee Scheduler of any commitments 2 weeks in advance of the commitment.  Examples of this would be game nights, practices and holidays.

If there is an unforeseen reason that the Referee will miss an assignment 12 hours notice must be given to the Referee Scheduler.

Referees will be expected to make 95% of their scheduled assignments based on the above.

Switching of assignments will be permitted; the Referee that is seeking the switch must notify the Referee Scheduler.  The Referee Scheduler must approve of the switch.

If the Referee Scheduler calls upon a Referee to work an assignment with less than a weeks notice than that assignment can be used to redeem a previously missed assignment.

Recognition will be given to those Referees that complete 100% of their assignments.
