TEAM / PLAYER   EVALUATION SHEET

 

 

Players will be rated as A, B, C or D. Ratings are to be kept confidential.

 

Compared to other children playing in this age division:

 

A.   Demonstrates excellent ball control with his/her feet, mid body and head. He/she can lead the team by setting up plays that lead to scoring opportunities.

 

B.   Demonstrates good ball control, is able to pass and receive, follow the play of the game and can maintain possession of the ball when challenged.

 

C.    Demonstrates fair ball control and can dribble the ball and follow the play.

 

D.    Soccer skills are below average within this age division.
